• Orders are only confirmed after payment authorization by the payment processor.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Curitiba, Brazil, through partner logistics carriers. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on the destination. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990). Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at the email below.
